The eco promise

Green dentistry is not a sticker on the door

It changes which equipment we buy, how we sterilise, what we put in your mouth, and what leaves the building. Here is exactly what we changed, and what it means for you in the chair.

What we changed

  1. 01

    Water

Dry-vacuum suction and low-flow fittings cut practice water use by roughly two thirds against a conventional surgery.

  2. 02

    Energy

Digital radiography replaced film entirely — less energy, no processing chemicals, and a lower radiation dose.

  3. 03

    Paper

Records, consent, referrals and billing are all digital. No filing room, no couriered X-rays, no junk mail.

  4. 04

    Materials

Composite and porcelain restorations — we do not place amalgam fillings — chosen with what they leave behind in mind.

  5. 05

    Waste

Amalgam separators, sterilised steel over single-use plastic, and audited recycling of everything we cannot reuse.

Eco technology

The equipment does the environmental work

Most of a dental practice’s footprint is decided the day it buys its equipment.

We chose instruments that use less, waste less and hurt less — then trained properly on all of them.

  • Digital radiography: a lower radiation dose than film, and no chemical fixer
  • Intraoral scanning instead of putty impressions and postal freight
  • Composite and porcelain restorations; we do not place amalgam
  • Steam sterilisation of steel instruments over single-use plastic
